Quality first, price a very close second
HP still has my vote over “other brands”. A monopoly on their ink for hp printer owners and they are way more expensive than I think is necessary. I would buy in multiples if the cost was not so high, just to have a cartridge on standby. If HP were to lower their prices, they could put the “compatible” cartridges out of business. I would guess that HP’s profit margin is stupid high.

Works as it should.
Works great. Always go with HP brand for ink for my printer. Never any issues.

PRICEY, BUT THEY LAST
We have two printers that use these cartridges. One is for personal use and the other for a 501C3 not for profit entity. The NFP printer gets a LOT of use and for us a cartridge lasts about 12 months. So while they are pricey, they may actually be less expesnive than buy more of the lower capacity toner cartridges.Print quality is good. Each printer recognizes them easily. Still wish they were a bit less expensive, which is the only reason for the four stars instead of five.

It Would Get Five Stars Except for One Thing
I've had excellent results from HP brand toner cartridges ever since I bought my first HP LaserJet printer over 20 years ago. I now have a Pro M203dw, purchased in February 2020, which is the last in the series of printers that performed and lasted very well.I always have ordered the higher capacity cartridges for all these printers because for anyone who does a fair amount of printing, the cost per copy is considerably reduced that way. I bought this one here on September 8, 2023, when the "toner supplies light" on the printer control panel came on. I knew I had a project for Christmas that would require several hundred print pages, so I wanted to be ready when it came time to replace the one in the printer.I kept track of the number of copies I used since that light illuminated, and most of them were full-page text, not little stuff. On the relevant HP web page, this is what we read as the description of the function of that light: "Indicates when the toner cartridge is very low, or when there is an error with the toner cartridge or imaging drum."This printer is well maintained, which principally consists of keeping the paper path clean and protecting the toner cartridge and drum. The drum is functioning just fine; the only issue is the depleting toner in the now exhausted toner cartridge. Here is the sorry issue I've been setting the stage for: The warning light is supposed to go on when the toner is "very low." To any reasonable person, "very low" means that the cartridge is in imminent danger of giving out, right? Well, here is what has happened since September 8, when the light came on and I ordered the cartridge I just installed.Since that day, I have run 804 (plus or minus 5%) print sides, most of them full pages of text. HP says that the 30X toner cartridge will run about 3,500 sides, which means that the warning light---"very low"---came on when there still were 804 sides to go, or 23% of 3,500.There is no way that 23% is "very low," unless of course you're trying to get users to ditch perfectly good toner cartridges much earlier than necessary. Unless the setup is flawed in design and/or execution, that is the most likely reason this happens. So if you buy this product, keep close watch on print quality, because you'll get several hundred more than you think you will.

It’s HP quality and compatibility
Have used my HP Laserjet M203dw monochrome printer for several years now. There are numerous brands of toner cartridges sold that will supposedly fit this printer and I could possibly save a dollar or two buying 3rd party, but experience has taught me ‘you get what you pay for’. Using certified HP toner cartridges, I’ve never had any problems or issues. The print quality is superb and print count from a HP-30X cartridge is great, usually several thousand copies. While I usually don’t print heavy graphics a lot so YMMV. Their recycle program is included in price. Drop the old cartridge into the box from the new cartridge, seal it and stick on the supplied pre-paid UPS label and drop at any UPS pickup point.

Works with my office printer
I have ordered these three times and each time they're perfect. We do a lot of printing at work and these last us
