Our 19" Long Metal V-Kilt is designed a little bit more with the ladies in mind. The waist size is still strictly the circumfrence in inches, but this kilt can adjust down 4". You want to select a size that matches the wider of your hip and waist measurements. This kilt is constructed of the same 16oz Premium cotton as our V-kilts, and is perfectly suitable for both genders.
