Pelangi Handmade Rattan Dining Wicker Chair W/Cushion, Colonial

Just got my second chair. I Had the first one for 5 months. Found it easy to move around where an extra (little ) chair is needed. I’m a medium to small woman, it fits me comfortably, but larger women or men would probably find it too small and might feel it is too fragile, I liked the first one enough to order a second one. It arrived today after a very long wait. The chair is very light weight, and comes in a really big box fully assembled. This time, when I saw that the box was broken open on one side with a mashed- in top, I was worried about the little chair inside. Even with virtually no packing material, there was no damage to the chair ! So the chair must be really well made. I think the chairs are cute, are easy to move, fit just about anywhere, style goes with modern & antique furniture equally well, the cushion is nice, but not very soft. Big people should probably choose something else. I still really like these sweet chairs. They mix well with my antiques and wood furniture, BUT I just ordered 2 more to make a set of 4. I got ONE of the two chairs I ordered , but was charged for both chairs in my order. For over a week, now I have emailed and had phone conversations with Amazon customer service and with the product seller attempting to get my second chair to complete the order. I have been told that the “policy “ is to send only part of the order to see if I like it before they will send the rest of the order (ALTHOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR BOTH CHAIRS !!) I have checked my orders page on Amazon. The order (2 chairs) indicates that the order has been delivered. There is no tracking number for a second chair. It appears that, as far as the seller is concerned, I have 2 chairs. Amazon says I should request a refund for one chair and then order again ; just one chair. I am suggesting to potential buyers of these chairs; if you want more than one chair, make separate orders with only one item per order. Pay for each chair order separately. Otherwise, you will encounter difficulties with this seller who insists that they want you to have only one chair at a time so that you can live with the chair in your home to .” Be sure you like it” before they will send you the rest iof your order. I have never heard of such a strange “ policy”, and neither have Amazons customer service operators with whom I have had phone conversations.

Very pretty small corner chair. It comes packed like it’s being shipped to Fort Knox. Took me forever to unpack it. But that’s a good thing. Nice quality

The chairs are OK. Construction seems solid and the seat cushion is comfortable, but the chairs are sized for a child or small adult. I fit in OK, but with only a hair's breadth of room to spare.

This chair is perfect for what and where I wanted it. It is sturdy and very attractive. It is also comfortable.
