The hardware isn't particularly robust, even for a 13 lb monitor. Joints flex before they move. Bumps to the monitor (thanks to my cat) or the desk it's mounted to are amplified by this mount, something I don't experience with another mount I have. The weakest link is the tilt motion, the closest joint to the monitor. It's about half the size compared to the same joint on my other mount, and it is this part that flexes and wobbles the most.That being said, it does hold the monitor up, so if you have a sturdy enough desk (or no cats) it'll probably do fine.

This product is advertised as working with up to 32" monitors, however, this is not true. The docs say it's only good for up to 27" monitors. I was able to get my 32" to work by placing a wooden block under the clamp on mount.

Not too rigid but acceptable

I've had this for less than 5 months and for the past 2 months my monitor falls forward. So after getting tired of getting hit in the head I decided to buy another one. A newer and more expensive version. Received my package today and in the box was a clock. Nothing close to the monitor arm I ordered. I will never order from this company again.

Holds up my Dell ultrawide U3415W. It's about 18 lbs, which is nearly the limit for this arm.

This was exactly what I needed.

absolute garbage. the product simply does not work at all.
