Ricoh Black Photoconductor Unit, 15000 Yield, Type 165 (402448)

The ordering and delivery of the Ricoh Photo Conductor 165 Black were timely and cost efficient. I had mentioned to the pastor that all reproduction services would be halted for at least seven days because of anticipated costs and delivery. Alas, this was not the case,my plans for an "IN-HOUSE-VACATION" were put on hold after two days. AMAZON continues to be AMAZING.

The printers that these photo conductors go in, are terrible. This particular unit, I was only able to print 1500 copies before it started to get lines in it. The waste toner removal system plugs and screws up the whole work. You have to have it in a climate controlled room, otherwise humidity above about 60% does it in. Have had 3 such units in the printer plus 2 color PC units. Do yourself a favor and buy a Brother or even an HP, just not a Ricoh.The company would not do anything for me either. They are the worst. Spend your money elsewhere. Wish someone told me that before I bought one!

The cartridge was easy to find on the site, it arrived fast and fit perfectly. My printer was not working well for a while and I had never heard of the conductor unit before but the printer works great now.

It's hard to get excited about a photo conductor unit but it came well packaged and does the job :)

I've had my printer for almost 2 years now. Started getting the streaks... Order this part and the problem is fixed.

Fixed the white vertical streaks within printed documents.

My ricoh was printing black/white streaks on my documents, felt like it was turning my documents into barcode form hahaha a new PCU solved it, thanks amazon
