Excellent product. I Feel loads better after a month on this.

The reason I bought this magnesium type was for sleep and brain function.In my seventies, my brain is not as sharp as it used to be . These things are difficult to quantify, but I do feel my memory is better than it was. I will be buying again and would recommend , although they are pricey.

This Magnesium Reputedly crosses the blood brain barrier more readily than other Magnesium products, I suffer bad headaches occasionally, I take these and they work better than strong 30-500mg cocodamol prescribed by my GP, Magnesium is the relaxing Mineral, so imo is the more natural approach to headaches and muscle cramps, BEWARE FAKES, I believe Magnesium Threonate is still under Patent, and is licensed under Magtein that's why it isn't cheap, this is my 3rd purchase

Arrived with more filler ingredients and worst of all sunflower oil which are not listed on the website. I react badly to sunflower oil - it is toxic stuff and I regret having taken a couple of these capsules.
