No more pain from sitting
It is large enough for my rear(45" hip measurement) and supports me at 200 lb, I sit all day for work and this has drastically reduced the tailbone/lower back pain I used to get. Very comfy, barely notice it's there, I don't notice it holding any heat. My chair is the DX Racer Air, so it's a very stiff mesh and I don't notice this seating pad slipping around.

the CYLEN seat cushion helpos relieve pressure on my spine while sitting. it has a nice fabric cover, that can easily be removed for washing. I recommend this product.

does the job for me
this is a small cushion, and the negative is that I have to keep moving it and realigning it with my desk chair. The positive is that it is very comfortable to sit on, and although I have back pain, this cushion helps that by keeping the pressure off my tail bone. just wish they made them larger to fit the chair. the size I have is supposed to be large.... I don't think so!

I like the slight elevation, and it is definitely easier when sitting for long work periods.

It made a huge difference
I was so pleased with the first one that I bought an additional cushion for my car. It's made a huge difference in reducing my back pain both at work and while driving. If you're looking for a comfortable and supportive seat cushion, I highly recommend this one!

A lifesaver for my sciatica on my exercise bike!e
I have horrible sciatica but love to exercise on my recumbent Lifecycle, often working on it for an hour or more. I've tried several memory foam options to try to relieve the pressure on my seat bones, to no avail. Decided to give this a shot, and it's wonderful! Not really made for the cycle, it fits well enough that it works for that purpose, but I do find it a little short front to back for my office chair. Definitely thick enough, it has better support than any I've tried.

It's firm
This cushion is definitely firm and took some getting used to. Before returning it though give it a solid week or two. I almost returned mine, butt decided to keep it. (See what I did there?) Once the warmth of your body settles down into it, it will cradle your arse like a swaddled baby. It also helps my posture and makes me sit up straight. Me bum don't fall asleep anymore.Update: It's actually too firm for me, but I'm past the return window. I'm going to order a thinner softer one.
