I recommend
Good inserts. They really made a difference in my walking shoes. Nice support. Very comfortable and fit perfectly. Worth the money

Not what I expected, but still good.
These inserts are stiffer than I expected but they work well enough in my walking shoes. The arch is high and I am still getting used to the metatarsal cushion. I seem to feel it more in one shoe than the other, and this feeling alternates between feet! I trimmed the top of the inserts easily, no issues there. I did not remove the original, thin insert before placing these in my shoes. There is plenty of cushiony bounce as I walk. I hope I will get used to the metatarsal cushion as I believe it has reduced some foot pain at the end of the day.

Durable/ comfortable
These are my go to brand of shoe support inserts (flat feet, plantar fasciitis here and there, aircraft mechanic). Give me great support on my feet 10 - 16 hrs/ day.

Affordable and effective for foot pain
I had pain in the ball of my feet with a knot and swelling for years and years, I wore wide toed shoes, I wore namebrand shoes, I always wore shoes with no heel and 99.9% of the time I wore tennis shoes, although they were the most comfortable, I still had a lot of foot pain. I finally seen a podiatrist, thinking I would probably have to have surgery, but she gave me orthotics instead. I had tried the cheap orthotics from the store and they never worked so I was really disappointed. But the ones she gave me, however, alleviated my foot pain that I had had for years within two days of wearing them. . They were however quite expensive and she said I should replace them about every six months. I found these orthotics , a lot more affordable, but a lot more expensive than what I had tried from the store. Guess what they worked just as well. I have ordered several pairs so that all my shoes could have them and I wouldn’t have to pull them in and out and place them in different shoes as I wore them. I highly recommend them. They definitely work and are so much more affordable.

Manufactured poorly bad design
I purchased these as a cheap alternative to the vionics that I normally wear and I have to say that these caused me additional pain and issues in my right foot. I have completely flat feet and these inserts are designed in such a manner that the arch support sits under your shin not where your natural Arch would be. This puts pressure on an already painful area and I now have concern that I may need to go to the doctor. Be very aware that these are not manufactured properly again the arch support sits under your shin not where your natural Arch would fall. I'm returning these for a refund.

Great for Metatarsalalgia
I find the ball of foot support addition on these to really help with metatarsal support.I was told I needed this. They are helpful and comfortable

Would not repurchase, too soft.
Not my favorite insole, a little too soft for me. I require firm support for some Plantar Fascitis issues.
