These are great. They have help me alot so far. If you are looking at trying these out they are a great starting set.

I tried these on a whim after experiencing daily headaches from staring at a computer screen all day. Within one week of wearing them, my headaches were gone. I wear them all day at work, and often at home when I am using my laptop or phone for extended periods of time. Haven't had a screen-related headache since! Definitely worth the investment.

If reading off computer screen (especially smart phone) for any length of time, my eyes were blurry or hazy for a half hour or so,Wearing this glasses stopped this side effect. I can go from computer screen to walking outside or in a fluorescent lit room without the haze.
