Recently I got a bad blood work report. Elevated blood sugar.It was time to get serious.Using this with a low carb, low processed food diet. Very little fruit due to fructose.3 months later bs is great.For me, diet is key..then exercise, then some supplements to assist. I was very happy with this product and was very disappointed when I needed to order 2 more bottles Of R-ALA lipoic Acis that Amazon no longer carries it!! Please add it back to your stock of product..I have neuropathy in my feet and without it my feet are very painful...It worked and was affordable!

This suppliment is recommended for us poor souls who suffer from neuropathy. I've taken it from.the beginning of the symptoms. That said, I take lyrica with it and i think I'm much better for it. This R-ALA by KRK seems to be the purest. I have done a lot of research,

I was impressed that this was so affordable. This is the best deal I've found so far on R-ALA. And it always arrives sooner than I expect. I've ordered it several times from them now.

Good product. I am a repeat purchaser. I am not sure it works but my doctor tell me it is. Be careful of heartburn while taking this. Make sure to take it with food to help that.

I take 600mg/day of R-Alpha Lipic Acid. I bought this brand for the first time because it was cheaper than my last bottle and the the capsules are 200mg rather than 100mg so fewer pills to swallow. Upon opening the bottle, I immediately noticed that some pills were discolored and yellowish as if the bottle was old or it had been stored inappropriately prior to shipping (see photo). The pills are really inconsistent--some look completely normal, others look like the capsule is 1/4-1/2 empty. Clearly, the dosage is not consistent from pill to pill. I also find that my throat feels uncomfortably tight after taking these even though I take much larger capsules without any issues. I don't remember this happening with my last bottle of RALA. Needless to say, I cancelled my subscription to this product and will be looking for an alternative from a more reputable brand even if I have to pay more.
