I am absolutely delighted with this book. The whole idea of one pan baking makes everything feel so much more achievable and the recipes are clear, reliable and full of flavour. The brownie recipe alone is worth buying the book for. They came out fudgy, rich and better than anything I have made before. The layout is easy to follow and the ingredients are straightforward which makes it perfect for weeknight baking as well as treats at the weekend. I have tried a few of the savoury recipes too and they have all worked beautifully. It is the sort of book you end up leaving on the kitchen counter because you keep going back to it. A great addition to any home baker’s shelf and one I will use again and again.

Very practical no fuss delicious dessert. All recipes are for the one particular size baking pan and it is so practical and hassle free. I bake one pan, cut it up, eat some now and freeze the rest. It works for my busy household. And their tip about buying two baking pans to make lining easy is just so intuitive and helpful.

Just made the carrot cake, it was amazing!! Great recipes, all the ingredients are in the order they get used, I love that. I bought the baking tin they suggest and it worked out perfectly. Now.....which one will I bake next 🤔😃

I really enjoy baking from book, its been well thought out, and it's great to see gluten free recipes In there! There recipes range in complexity, and the writers walk you through each step, the end products are satisfying!
