Great for raised up head or legs
When it came I thought they had delivered the wrong thing, it was a small tube, but when I unpacked the seal, the thing expanded in minutes to the size you see in the pictures.I have a regular double bed, and this thing is slightly less wide than half, so it would easily fit 2 side by side, or fit 1 your side without bothering the other person. See my image with the pillow laid on top, it doesn't quite fit the full width, although I thought this might have been better if it were a few inches wider, I soon changed my mind, because it makes it much easier to move my arms, not sure if they thought of this or not, but that's certainly a plus if you need to spend any time in bed sure to longer term illness. The material covering felt extremely soft, and the velcro straps are not as rough as typical velcro, so if you do happend to touch it somehow, it doesn't feel like sandpaper, although this is only likely to happen, if like me you sometimes dig an arm under the pillow while trying to get comfy. Although maybe with this "triangle" as I call it, I won't need to anymore.I've tried it under my head to raise up just a little, and will find this most helpful for now (I'm dealing with a bad cold that's taking much longer to recover, and spend many hours during my waking day in bed). I'm considering buying another for my legs, because when I unfold the triangle into the leg support mode (just a single flap that goes either back or forth) it becomes the perfect height for raised up legs - see photo. I've been suffering with lower back pains for 15 years or so, and it's very helpful to have raised up legs in this regard, I couldn't put an exact number on it, but I've reduced my pain killer total by having supported legs in bed. I used to do this with spare pillows, but they were never high enough, and to wriggle around the bed all night trying to stack up pillows is disturbing to my partner. Having just 1 contraption (which isn't heavy) to lift in place is much easier and quicker.Overall I can't rely fault the product, I'm trying to think of anything, but I really can't, other than it's not the cheapest triangle I saw when browsing Amazon, and because of how much time I've spent sick in bed this last year, I decided not to skimp on my triangle.

Takes time to get used too
Once your used to the wedge cushion it’s really good to use but it takes some perseverance on the user part it did in my case.I found it very high as I used it the way it came because I had to sleep in a high position due to I’ll health, once it softened down it was better but still the position very awkward as there is no support for the middle of your body so your constantly moving and changing position, so I turned it to the lower height and it has now become a really good cushion and the lower setting from changing the cushion around is for me makes me have a better night sleep and it supports the middle of your body because it’s at a better angle to fit better to the mattress and your body.

Back to bed at last - great
Following heart bi-pass surgery, I found it too painful/uncomfortable to lie flat, so bed was not possible. For several days I was able to sleep in my large recliner chair where I could adjust the angle of support. It was suggested that this type of wedge support might help and enable my return to my bed. I selected this particular product because it seemed of superior quality and could be versatile for us into the future. I bought 2, so that my Wife also had one. She had also been sleeping in the other large recliner chair in our lounge to be on hand to give me support when I needed to get up during the night, or if needed anything. She was delighted that we bought 2 because she has suffered with a reflux problem for many years and since having this support she has been getting the best nights sleep that she has enjoyed for a very long time. I also found to my pleasure and delight that I no longer wake with sever lower back pain. This product is well made; of firm, supportive and comfortable material. It stays in place and doesn't move about. I strongly recommend it.

Comfortable but nightmare to put together after washing.
So this was very comfortable but unfortunately mine needed washed. It was grand taking it apart but putting it back together was a nightmare. As I have a dog who molts alot plus 2 messy children being able to easily take apart, wash and put back together is kind of a deal breaker for me.

Useful in helping with sleep problems
I suffer from insomnia caused by restless legs, hot flushes and sleep apnea. This wedge helps to some extent but is not a magic bullet to all my sleep issues. I like the multi ways you can use it. It provides a decent level of support in different positions. I find the fabric a bit hot. However, I think it is a reasonable buy and worth a try if you suffer from discomfort at night.

Great for neck pain and back ache!
I bought this because I have recently been diagnosed with Bronchiectasis so to stop acid reflux! It is great for back support sitting up in bed, but it took some getting used to sleeping raised! However I did get there eventually so persverence is worth it! Over the years I have gone through many expensive pillows trying to sort out neck pain and I often woke with aching back too. I've had this pillow 4mths and wow what a difference it has made. I'd not even bought it for neck or back. I do sometimes use a small pillow I'd bought for camping under my head too for extra comfort depending what position i am sleeping or position wedge was at. But I wish I'd bought this years ago it would have saved me a lot on expensive pillows and given me less pain!
