It's very clear from the packaging that the brand took the time to ensure all pieces arrived intact. Each individual piece was in it's own box within the outer box, and on top of that the rods were completely shrink wrapped. I definitely appreciate that attention to the packaging considering any piece could have otherwise been easily broken during delivery.Once I got all the pieces out, installation was pretty easy too. I will say that it can be kind of tricky trying to figure out how to place the rod through the loops, so my advice is putting the decorative ends on the rod last. Do everything else and get the curtain and rod in place, and then place the decorative ends on.And speaking of all the pieces, the loops and decorative ends have very small screws for tightening. You may have to loosen them to fit the rod, but you can tighten them back up once in place. This ensures the rod is set tight into each piece so nothing will move around or fall off. The set also comes with extras of these small screws and a good thing because I definitely lost one. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that when tightened to the rod, the decorative ends aren't very straight. I noticed that they are sort of slanted, or at least that's how mine look. It's not the piece itself, but just when it's tightened to the rod, it's a little crooked.Overall, I love the decorative aspect. My kids needed a curtain over their window, so that's where I put this curtain rod to use. Even though I need to purchase a second curtain panel for the window, I love the rod itself. It's sturdy, decorative, and adds a little fun to their room. I could also see the rod being used in a more sophisticated room and still offering the same pizzazz. If we ever move, I think I'll be putting this rod in my own room.*I received this curtain rod free of charge about a month ago, but I like it so much that I've decided to leave a review.

Love these curtain rods. Have ordered several sets for my living/kitchen areas. Quality is good for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE this rod. It has a beautiful stainless steel finish, and the finials are very elegant and glamorous. I used mine over my garden tub window, and it changed the style of my window instantly.
