Smelled bad and fell apart. Totally worthless.
I am extremely disappointed in your product. After three nights your headset has fallen apart.Besides the terrible smell, the stitching has become unraveled. It is ready for the garbage. Also its a neoprene material and it gets sweaty and leaves red marks on my face. Your product is extremely poorly made.I have had previous chin straps that have lasted over several months before showing the need for replacement. Your product showed the need to replace after less than a week.

Not fit for everyday use
this item fell apart after less than 2 months use. I bought two of these as spares for a long trip. I had a different chin strap that I have used for over 6 months and is still in great shape. I suggest you avoid these. pro's very inexpensive. Con fell apart quickly.

Comfortable!
This is the most comfortable strap ever. Very adjustable and doesn't fall off in the night. Excellent! Great Quality.

Maybe it is better for an extremely short haired person
I have no idea how well this product works for snoring because the adjustment on the back is Velcro and was constantly pulling my hair / getting stuck. I gave up after about 30 mins of trying to make it work. Maybe it is better for an extremely short haired person??

An interesting idea that needs directions and some more work.
I received this item very quickly. That said, it comes with absolutely no directions...not even the picture that you see on the web page, it arrives in a clear plastic type bag...but nothing else. It takes some real getting used to once you put it on. It's better than a CPAP, but if you are sensitive to having something on your face, this will cause you issues. As for snoring, I've been told that it has lessened my snoring somewhat, but it has not eliminated it.

I'd like to give it zero stars.
Totally inadequate. Falling apart. It comes with no directions, so the first night after it arrived, I was struggling with it, trying to figure out which strap goes where, and how to put it on. I couldn't quite figure it out, so decided to put it aside, and try again in the morning. Then when I looked at the chin strap in the morning, I noticed that it was already falling apart, because of the stretching when I tried to put it on the first time. It had begun to rip near the seam in the part that goes directly under the chin. And on both sides of that seam, the cloth which had originally been glued to a foam rubber material on both sides, had now become detached on both sides. The general design, the way the straps wrap around the head to secure the chin, seems good. But this device needs to be made of far more robust materials, so that it is not easily destroyed by just a little bit of stretching.----------------------------------------------Addendum, Jan 7, 2018: After buying and trying out a more robust chin strap that follows this general design, with one strap going over the top of the head and the other wrapping around behind the head, I am now of the strong opinion that none of these anti-snore chin straps are likely to work well, because the whole idea of the design is wrong to begin with. The fatal flaw is that they all pull your chin in the general direction of your ears. And that's where the hinge of your jaw is. This hinge is the TMJ (temporomandibular joint), and it is right in front of your ear canal. If the strap pulls your chin in this direction, it will produce no torque whatsoever to close your jaw. In order to produce any torque that would help keep your mouth closed, the force exerted on the chin should be tilted further up toward the nose.I have also explained all this in a review I posted yesterday for that more robust chin strap that I just mentioned. Here's a link to that review:Why anti-snore chin straps don't workhttps://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R17G6H9L1ZH981/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_viewpnt?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B075ZNNFMG#R17G6H9L1ZH981
