😊UPDATE: WE live in the NW on the Coast of Oregon in a temperate rain forest. AND, the rains have arrived, (just got an inch in under 1/2 hour. and have already experienced about 15 inches so far.) NO LEAKS and has held up well during the windy rainy storms we have had since the end of October. Holding up well and lovely to sit under when the rain is pouring down. What a great buy for the price. Was mostly easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My son, daughter in-law, hubby and I put this up in about 6 hours. The only complaint I have is the instructions could have been clearer. Missed putting the trim all around on the top piece and had to pull the slats down on the big top to put the trim on the upper piece. Other than that, the gazebo is lovely and with our high winds and tons of rain here on the coast of Oregon, I think it will hold up well. We've had our usual the sun is out so now we get tons of wind, off the ocean every afternoon, and the gazebo doesn't rattle or anything. Would definitely recommend.

The poly panels that comprise the roof sag in the summer because the upper part isn’t stabilized (3 fell in when it snowed). I cut some 1x2” stock and ripped down the middle to make some and it’s better.Would be nice if the manufacturer included 6 supports for future purchases, but an easy fix if you’re handy

Overall this seems to be a pretty sturdy/nice unit. I purchased the 12X14’ Yolney unit.It arrived in 4 different boxes. Some boxes had exterior damage but the items inside were in decent shape. Some of the ends of the frame pieces bent but I was able to straighten them with a pry bar and crescent wrench. Some of the roof panels were slightly bent but straightened out during assembly.The instructions were decent. I would highly recommend reading through them before starting. At one point I had 4 people help me put the frame up. Otherwise 1-2 people can put this thing together in 1-2 days depending on skill. Definitely need an 8-foot tall latter to reach the top roof panels. At one point I had to use a ratchet strap to pull the assembly together to attach a few of the roof braces.Hardware was all there and labeled well. Recommend using better quality wrenches and socket wrenches. There are a ton of bolts in this assembly.It definitely needs to be anchored to increase sturdiness. Since I have a paver stone patio I ended up setting each post in a 1 cubic foot planter filled with 80-100lbs of concrete.It does not have a screen for the upper open area part of the roof and there is a gap between the top of the curtain screen and roof so it may not be fully bug proof but I don’t think any gazebo is. Curtains look nice though.

I love this gazebo was well worth the time to assemble. I suggest at least 3 people or possibly 4 if you want to move it to wear you want it. I added lights all round and 2 lights on the top hooks it came with. Beautiful at night and so much cooler in the day. I would definitely recommend this gazebo. We do have winters here so will see how it holds up through that season. It did have a few damaged roof panels no fault to the seller but due to shipping handling. This company got the new ones to me very quickly. Customer service was great ! Now I am ready for summer entertaining with family &friends.

This was probably the worst option for a gazebo that I could’ve picked in the whole Internet. This company has not only not helped, but the product lacks quality. I received two packages that were miss placed after receiving the correct address in the second set of boxes, I was able to start putting together the gazebo which ended up and poor quality parts cut costs, bolts strip by hand. There’s absolutely no instructions in that book whatsoever. Two pieces of the roofing part broke off and is been 3 weeks for the company to replace them and still have not received a shipping number. Quite honestly I’d like a refund for this enormous piece of crap.so disappointed to spend $1600 hard earned dollars into a product that is absolute garbage.

Hired a couple of guys. Took them probably 12 hours all together. They said it would have taken less time but they had to construct it over the hot tub. It looks great and I really love it.

We purchased the 10x12 with the vented double roof. It calls for 5 people at one point in the steps to assemble but I did it by my self. It is possible. The instructions are all picture oriented and the steps are extremely easy to follow. I assembled it in about 4 hours alone. Yes there is a few extra steps I had to do since I was alone but all in all it’s very simple. I was a heavy machinery mechanic back in my day so building things is in my nature. All the parts are labeled well. Some of the reviews that we read made us worried about buying this but we are very happy with it. I did receive some minor damage to the roof pieces due to shipping but that’s not the companies fault.Simple bending back fixed the issues. They do send a few spare bolts as well which is nice in case you loose one or two. Not a bad product in my wife and l’s opinion.

Installing the small pieces (of what I believe are spacers) onto the roof panels and them staying on the roof panels when installing the panel was a NIGHTMARE. Otherwise very nice set up for hardware. Pretty easy to follow directions in overall assembly.
