No problems with this, did arrive in paper bag-type envelope but luckily no damage, the mounting holes were too small so I had to drill them out, other than that all good.

Product easy to fit. Down side even though it said it would fit my cooker, was a bit smaller than the original so could not screw the ring screw in.

Unfortunately the element has given up at a little over a week. I have had to go and refit another new element costing time and money.
