The media could not be loaded. Ive not used it yet but will be doing. Im just reading up on it. Ill update once ive used it........ Its easy to use. The chain blunts quickly on thicker branches.its worth the money. Still happy with my purchase ☺️

I am very pleased with my purchase. It did the job perfectly. I bought the suggested items, oil and helmet, too and it was wise to do so. The pole saw is heavy so, make sure you have total control when cutting.

The pole saw was as expected and is more than up to the job. Unfortunately we couldn't use the saw as the battery was missing. Amazon agreed to a replacement or refund but both required the package being collected by Evri who only collect Monday to Friday and do not provide a timed slot. This meant losing a day's pay or holiday which is not acceptable. We took up the manufacturer's suggestion to contact them if we were not completely happy with our purchase. They provided a battery free of charge which is above and beyond expectations when we weren't their customer.

Handy for the occasional branch trim.However not recommended for a major job.Easy to put together and convenient to use being free of complex adjustments.However, vibration is an issue on less rigid branches and doesn't always leave clean cut. Get a 5 metre pole saw instead.It will do a better job if the task is something other than an odd branch!

Good looking tool. Well made and easy to use and adjust. When you have realised which way round the saw needs to be, it cuts beautifully. The saw is quite heavy especially when reaching forward and fully extended. The instruction manual starts with the saw more assembled than it arrives to you. The chain has to be fitted and it must be round the right way. Could have supplied a sachet of cutting oil with the machine. Please rewrite the instructions and enlarge diagrams.

Good quality but very heavy due to all the weight being at the front its great for working from the ground

Early days but even goes through relatively thick branches. Very easy to set up and use.It can feel slightly heavy for extended use when the pole is fully extended, but that's just basic physics.Paid for itself not requiring a tree surgeon

Heavy and quite short but worst of all it just hacked through all thicknesses of branch leaving a ragged edge.Not my idea of what a chainsaw should do!
