Caza TrailCoffee, Organic Extra Bold Medium Roast, 100 Single Serve Cups

This is for the "Organic Extra Bold Medium Roast". This is the best value for Keurig pods I have seen for fair trade, organic, and extra bold It is very smooth yet robust and my favorite coffee for the price.In case you don't know, extra bold just means that it contains more coffee than regular pods - about twice as much. With a regular strength pod you generally make a small 5-6oz cup of medium strength coffee. With bold, you make a medium 6-8oz cup. With extra bold, you can make a large 10-12oz cup. I never buy regular pods since it irks me so much that they are only 1/3 full. Or even bold pods since they are only half full.At the time of this writing, the pods are 34 cents each when you buy 100, and with free prime shipping. Amazing.

I am a regular Caza Trail Coffee consumer, but in the past we usually purchased the 'Dark' roast. We wanted to try something different, and went with this Medium Extra Bold, thinking it would be the next step down from our preferred 'Dark' coffee. Boy, we were truly disappointed about our decision. This one actually winded up tasting much more bitter, which meant that in order to drink it, it required us to add more sugar in order to handle it. This was 'not' what we wanted. We wanted to instead; enjoy a 'lighter' blend in order to add 'less' sugar al together. Will NOT buy again, and DO NOT recommend, unless you like 'acid-tasting' coffee.

NEW: July 11, 2018We are still loving and buying this as our everyday coffee monthly, sometimes twice a month. If that doesn't attest to product taste, consistency in quality, and overall enjoyment, well then I'll eat a bug! Casa Trail has been our coffee for almost three years. Give it a try!**********I have to say, this is one of those deals where you get better than what you pay. Anyone who has a Keurig knows that the cops can be expensive. With Caza, I found a brand that had the quantity and quality I look for, at a price that leaves extra in the bank! This is my favorite - I like that it is Organic, and I'm a stronger coffee drinker do I look for either dark today or medium with Extra Bold. For my every day go to coffee, this is it! Try the other roasts until you find your happy go to Caza k-cup is my best advice.I think this is the fourth or fifth box of their largest count, but it certainly isn't the last. My husband and I have been buying Caza Trail Coffee from Amazon for several years now in the 100 pod box, which is a great value. We usually get the Caza Trail Dark Roast since we like strong coffee. Lately when we'd run low I would pick up something at the grocery store, but with the pandemic, the prices were soaring and the selection was slim. We think the flavor of Caza Trail Coffee beats many grocery store brands and the price can't be beat. You just have to try and find the type you prefer. We tried Caza Trail Extra-Bold Organic Medium Roast and are now getting a 100 pod box of that and the Dark Roast delivered from Amazon every two months for even more savings. The Extra Bold Medium Roast coffee has a great bold flavor but isn't bitter. I drink mine black so I prefer a bold roast and my husband puts in a small amount of half and half. This blend satisfies both of us. We use the middle setting on our Kurig and have never had any problems with the pods damaging our machine. I recently read some reviews where people wished the pods were recyclable and one person mentioned he removed the interior filter and tossed it and the grounds out and recycled the pod. I just tried it and it was easy to do! I didn't know there was a paper filter inside each pod. That did make it easier to remove the grounds. I will try to recycle the plastic pods from now on since we do go through a lot of coffee at home. Between the Caza Trail Dark Roast and the Organic Extra Bold Medium Roast we always have a great cup of coffee available!

My husband drinks a lot of coffee probably 6 cups a day so I like to buy in bulk. But he is a little fussy on the flavor which is funny because he doesn’t really drink all that coffee it mostly gets cold and he doesn’t want a yeti. I’ve been buying this for a long time the price has gone up quite a bit like everything else I am exploring some cheaper options.
