Good Starter Scooter
EDIT: After over 1000 miles, maybe even 2000 this scooter is unfortunately not usable anymore. The odometer stopped working so can't confirm, and the throttle started pinching and not working consistently. Had I not crashed the thing and nearly broke my ribs I could have taken it much further surely. Good value! To preface, this is my first electric scooter ever. Update: put 50 miles in total now. Works great for going to the store. The build quality of the scooter for this price I think is pretty reasonable. It is not a perfect ride, the solid tires make sure you feel the bumps but I didn't want to chance running over some glass or a nail. It folds easily, is pretty light to carry. It is small enough you could just put it in your cart and walk around the grocery store with it.I weigh around 150-160 lbs and am able to get it up to 18 mph easily, their claims of 19 are accurate but only under ZERO load. I would recommend turning off the cruise control as the electric brake can be a little sensitive to the point of feeling like you might flip over the front and almost caused me to crash the first time I hopped on.There is a small hook to carry a bag/backpack which works fine. I did have a small incident where I only used a plastic bag from the gas station and it hit my knee while riding so I exploded like Sonic rings.Due to the slight bit of extra power this scooter has compared to some others capped at 15 mph it takes inclines like a champ. The charging port could be more conveniently placed (if folded you can't charge) but not a dealbreaker.Even if I only have this for 6 months to a year before having issues, it would be a worthwhile investment. I would potentially consider spending more money on a scooter with more premium features in the future based on my experience so far.

Powerful little scooter for its price range
This scooter ride is very smooth overall. I had it for 2 months with everyday use so far to commute to work and speed is great for its price range and very lightweight to carry for commuting on metro. It handles well in bumps as well. Some main pin points-Has a 3-speed setting with a maximum speed of 20MPH. It has a 350W powerful motor and immediately catches the speed on pressing the trigger- 20 miles range on a full charge is more than enough for any home or basic use- Has load capacity of 264 lbs- Digital HD led display is very fancy and intuitive. The setting gives you the option to view many real time statistics about the e-scooter like odometer, RPM, battery volts/ampere status, battery temperature, & trip data- Has a cruise mode as well- Buttons for power/headlight/horn/reset/Speed level selection are very accessible under the display facing your side. It is very easy to control even while riding- The battery indicator is nice to have on the display to keep a track of the remaining riding capacity- Central display visibility is nice even in sunlight. The screen is very bright and has no issues with reading values even in bright light- Headlight LEDs are bright enough for night rides as well. We usually tend to ride in the evening or when it is about to get dark and hence we liked this- Backlight operates when the brake is applied and there is no manual intervention needed- Overall this e-scooter looks fancy and targets youth customers. It would be a great choice for college going students- Platform has a non-slip coating ribbon and it works nicely holding the feet in position- Even tires have good grip overall and we did not feel it skidding as if now- Great build quality and structure feels very strong from any angle- Very reasonably priced and it is a bank for the bucks- Manufacturer has 180 days to 1-year warranty on various partsCustomer service is also very responsive and helpful!100% recommend this scooter

DO NOT PURCHASE!! NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! Bought Warranty and have ZERO ASSISTANCE!!
Purchased this product for my girlfriend who has to traverse over a large college campus. I purchased the extended warranty, and I was glad I did. The scooter is now completely inoperable. It hasn't been dropped or abused, but everything is breaking. The handle bars don't stay up, the break switch popped out of the main housing, and the screen only displays an error message. Not to mention, the handlebars and brakes both failed while my girlfriend was riding near top speed. I filed not one, but 3 requests to get this handled, and I was hopeful the warranty would help me out. I had not received a response in 6 weeks! I contacted amazon for the sellers number. The whatsapp number I texted was the slowest texter ever, and entire days would go by between texts. I ultimately explained the situation, and he agreed to take care of it. I sent videos and pictures of the problems. He was going to send me parts with a video of how to fix it. FINALLY, I have received the "parts" in the mail. I just received a couple pieces for the handlebars to be able to stay up again. I don't have anything to address the electronics issue or the brake switch. Additionally, I haven't been sent a video. I've contacted Amazon, the supposed warranty company, and the seller. All parties will not take responsibility or provide and meaningful help. I'm at a loss for what to do next. This was a complete scam, and I just want to get my money back. My girlfriend needs another scooter.
