This Hex trap bar is so amazing for those who are working on grip strength and deadlifts - no rolling in the hand - very stable and really helps max out on deadlifts!

No fuss, affordable, quality gym accessory from a brand that I trust (the squat rack in the picture is by the same maker, I’ve had it since the pandemic). The ability to rotate that handles cannot be understated as it allows for extended range of motion for exercises that require a different type of grip. As for the bar itself, it’s light enough that my 3 year-old daughter can lift it, but feels sturdy and well made. I loaded 260lbs (pictured) and have used it in said configuration for a few workouts without any downsides. I suppose that if you have thicker plates you could run into a space issue while racking and securing more plates, but it’s only rated for 400lbs. So know what you are purchasing. Bonus: it stores nicely in the squat rack by the same brand, keeping a tidy gym. Recommended!

デッドリフト用に購入しました。 溶接具合など一通り確認しましたが、品質的には問題無いかと思います。 しかし、外寸が大きいので収納場所を確保下さい。当方はシャフトバー垂直差し収納に格納させました。重いです。単体でも20キロ程度あります。

El diseño de sus agarraderas es muy funcional da el ángulo perfecto para sostenerlo durante el ejercicio, su construcción es sólida y de buena calidad, permite hacer sentadillas, peso muerto, inclusive desplantes con mucha comodidad, la cantidad de peso que le he metido es hasta 150 libras sin problema, cumple perfectamente su función, lo recomiendo.

Excelente Calidad y diseño que caracteriza a esta marca, ya es el 5to producto que compro, se ven geniales en el gimnasio, se ven duraderos y estéticos.
