Digi-SenseData Logging Sound Meter with NIST-Traceable Calibration

The instrument was easy to use. Unfortunately the instrument could not record the very low sound levels that I needed to record. ( I am talking db level not frequency.) I wrote email to supplier explaining the problem. They authorized me to return the instrument. They fully refunded and paid shipping. They were very prompt. I give 5 star rating to the supplier for customer service.
