Great deal on exactly what I needed to expand my new Kombucha making hobby. The gallon jars hold a gallon of liquid perfectly. I’d never used the stick on thermometers before and they seem to do the trick. I put hot-ish tea into the container to cool overnight and the container didn’t crack (yay!) and the thermometer registered immediately. I didn’t use the cloth cover yet because I wanted to wash them first. But nice addition.
