I had been thinking of buying these for sometime, I have fibromyalgia and my toes always feel tight and I am always stretching them. so I figured these might help with that. this seemed like a good set for the price so I ordered them. The set is nice, and I like the ball and the storage bag. upon wearing these I could feel sorness like you get after a workout after 5-7 mins and I have been increasing my time as I go. my toes felt so much better after, less tight and less sorness in them. I think these would work well too for painting your toes instead of using those foam sepraters and your toes get there stretching in. the ball does feel a little sharp at first but then your foot gets used to it, and I like how good it feels rolling my feet on it, you could also use it for your back as well. This is a great set for the price and I love using it.

A word of caution - consult with your doctor before trying these toe separators. Based on all the positive reviews, I bought these instead of gel toe spacers (for bunions with toes that overlap). Initially, they seemed to work great so I used them everyday. After 3 1/2 weeks walking was painful and my hip began to hurt more than it ever has. I couldn't walk down a staircase that I'd been climbing daily for 6 years. I stopped using them. My doc said that separating all the toes probably threw out the alignment of foot and leg bones. After NOT using them for about 3 1/2 weeks and doing exercises from a physical therapist I'm feeling much better. These separators seem to work for lots of reviewer. I'm just urging checking with a doctor if you want to use them for more than pedicures or at night when you're not walking on them.

Depending on which version you have, it's either a 1 star or 5 star product. The first pair I received were flimsy and broke in the first couple days. Amazon replaced them with a second pair which seemed to be a redesigned version.The original one has a very thin connection between the 2nd and middle toe that just could not withstand any use. There were plenty of reviews of these things snapping apart at that spot. Apparently Protragen noticed this and responded with several small, but useful updates.The new version can be distinguished by a few visual changes.1- A thick, grooved side to indicate which foot they should be worn on. The original had two identical toe separators so there was no way to distinguish between left and right and one would always fit slightly slightly awkward.2 - Big toe loop has a tab that fits the arch under the toe. This is useful for putting them on and adds a small amount of comfort when wearing them.3 - Stronger construction. Noticeably thicker and more sturdy. The 2nd generation has held up very well.Overall if you got the first version you would likely be VERY disappointed. It was cheap, not very well thought out and fell apart almost immediately. The second generation is miles ahead with only small changes. This is why engineers make the big bucks, design matters.

I used to have horrible night cramps in my feet but since using the toe separators, those are a thing of the past. They are very comfortable to wear and fit inside my shoes (wide width) but I mostly use them at night. I don't find them to be too tight so I haven't had any problem with circulation being cut off.The massage ball took me a bit of getting used to as I'm quite ticklish but it does feel nice. I highly recommend these if you have bunions or hammer toes. They do help ease the pain.

These are great if you're on your feet all day! It really helps relieve foot pain from constant abuse. They also help with stability but give yourself a few days to get used to them! I wouldn't wear them all day at first. Once you get used to them you won't be able to imagine how you lived without them before! The massage ball is amazing too, it provides instant relief which is probably my favorite part!

These are by far the more comfortable toe separators that I own, can wear them through the night with no problem. The only thing I question is whether the pinky toe and the 2nd to last toe are really being separated?? the divider between these two toes is like nothing at all and it doesn't stay in place because the pinky toe doesn't have a cyclicone strap goin around it. But again they are comfortable so i'll continue to use them.

Best toe separators I've found, I've tried several types and most are uncomfortable because they're spaced gradually smaller and not with the idea that the last three toes don't need to be separated as much, if you have a foot injury you know what I mean, these accommodate for that. Wonderful.

I'm not aware of having fatter toes than others on my size 7 feet but, they immediately stopped the blood flow so toes turn red and get numb. I cannot even use them, I resorted to the toe separators used when i get a pedicure to separate my toes and get relief from the crush caused by previous shoes pushing my big toe into the others.
