Really great insole for my high arches!
I have really high arches and all of a sudden started needed to wear insoles because casual sneakers/flat shoes were hurting me (my left foot particularly). I tried a few brands - my favorite being Superfeet up until now. This brand is my new favorite, but I do go between this and Superfeet (depending on the sneaker style).. I noticed that this has more cushion throughout the entire insole than Superfeet and some other brands I tried.. I definitely recommed this insole for high arches and overall more support in casual sneakers. I use them in my Madewell casual leather tennis sneakers, my Nike air force 1's, Nike Air Max, Addidas bounce, etc. I'm just at the point where I need more support and I'm so happy I kept researching and found these great insoles. I have two now and may order more. Thank you!

What a difference
These inserts were recommended by a travel channel YouTuber. I put them in a pair of quality Ecco brand shoes. They gave the shoes that additional padding that will be great when we take walking tours in Europe.

The Beat!
I have very high arches. I’m 51 and try to jog. My feet always hurt. I spent $2,000 on the “good feet store”. Was a bust/waste. These inserts are AMAZING. I’m going to buy 5 more. Literally life changing! Thank you! Thank you!

Wear and tear
Good product overall for pain relief however they wear out quite fast. I’m a nurse and they last about 3 months at a time Im about to buy my 2-3rd pair since January. The fabric on top rips away and then the foam breaks away once that happens it’s a goner.

Best Functional Insoles
Best Functional Insoles!!Short review: go get yourself a pair. Picture: left is I trimmed, right is after a quick trim.Long review:Pros -1. Effective shock absorption: I run and hike in these. No more shin splints, and my knees thank me for this brilliant purchase. I’ve been wearing these everyday and have noticed no decline of the functionality.2. Amazing arch support. There’s a solid backing structure to these insoles, as opposed to the soft/floppy ones the sneakers would come with. The cushions are very soft, but not bulky. You’ll have to try this on!3. Less odor: breathable foam plus antimicrobial treatment, these insoles make my shoes smell much less after gym sessions and hiking.4. All sizes. They truly have a good array of various sizes, anyone can find the right size — man’s size 13 and up, or women size 6 and down. That’s something you’ll never find at the drugstore.5. High-quality materials. It bothers me to no end when other insoles’ top layers peel away from the foam after a month of use. And their foam suck (flatten out fast). Mine is still good as new.Cons - not really….will update the review if and when there’s anything.Overall five stars, from a real shopper/walker/runner. For your reference I wear APL and Allbirds sneakers.

No. Just no.
If I could get my money back, I’d get it. These insoles are hard and stiff, not cushiony at all. They turned a hike I took into an agony. I literally had to take them out of my shoes and walk with no insoles at all in my shoes, which hurt but not as bad as with them in. I don’t get all the great reviews, these are the worst insoles I’ve ever bought, and especially disappointing since they are so expensive. Would not buy again, would not recommend.

These insoles live up to their claim
I've tried a number of insoles and they were either too rigid or uncomfortable, and as i walked in them i developed knee pain that would keep me up at night. After a week of using the Nasa grade insoles my knee pain started to alleviate and it became much easier to walk. The arch support is very comfortable, so i ordered 3 more pairs to put in my other shoes.
