Puritan's Pride Calcium Citrate 200 Mg per Capsule, White, 200 Count

Needed 200 mg calcium pills to make 1000 mg together with 800mg calcium pills I already have at home. Same looks make me confused, but I am glad to find exact low dose pills.

Calcium citrate is easier to absorb, low dosage so you can add what you need AFTER the calcium you ingest in your diet so you don't over do it, smaller than most calcium caplets and easier to swallow, price point is pretty good but could be lower, well tolerated which isn't always the case for me.

Luckily Puritans Pride is still doing it right. 200mg tablets make it each to space out the dosage and tailor the dosage relative to what I've eaten. It gets difficult getting enough calcium on a ketogenic diet if you're not eating cheese. Your options are "eat 1.5pounds of collard green every day" or supplement. I tried the collards route, got used to it, but needed a change for various reasons. Calcium citrate helps me do that.
