I deal with constant fatigue. This gives me the perfect punch to get through the day. No jitters, just a consistent energy level. Works better than monthly B12 injections in my opinion. CON: hard to find at times!

Great for workout performance
I take it for endurance workout. I take one capsule every couple of hours or so to keep me alert and focused. I sometimes combine it with timed release caffeine for better results to avoid caffeine crash.
