I have purchased this once before when the less sturdy paddle that came with the mixer broke. It lasted for years. The fact that this one broke is entirely my fault. This is for mixing cake batter, pumpkin pie filling, and frosting, but not for mixing cream cheese and shredded cheddar. For that, use the metal paddle!

This part was missing from the beginning when I bought my Breville mixer. Happy that I found this scraper on Amazon and purchased. Good quality and exactly what I need when I make cookies.
