It's not really a weight loss supplement. For me personally, I used this in conjunction with a complete diet and exercise program and lost 80 pounds. This was just to get me going at the gym!

We recommend taking C4 pre-workout up to eight weeks, and cycling it off for about 2-4 weeks. It gives your body plenty of time to recover and rebuild tolerance to stimulants.
