I bought this after seeing Jai Marii recommend it in a braiding video, and it’s been such a great purchase. The tri-sided design makes it easy to see the back and sides of my head, so parting and styling my hair is no longer a struggle. I was able to get a perfect part on the first try. The size and thickness are just right, not too bulky but sturdy enough to stay in place. I keep it on the back of my bathroom door, and I can still close the door with no problem. One of my favorite features is that it’s adjustable. The hooks on the back (shaped like the letter “L”) let me set the mirror higher or lower, which is perfect since I’m on the shorter side. It makes it super easy to find the right height for styling. Overall, it’s functional, durable, and really simplifies doing my own hair. If you braid, cut, or style at home, this mirror is definitely worth having.

If you want to save some COINS and wanted to do DIY hairstylist I would get this!!! Very efficient and I am able to see all angles of my hair. I did two strand twist and they came out great. It was awkward at first with trying to adjust with different mirror angles but needless to say I save myself $75 dollars and more to come!!! The quality, weight and sturdiness was accurate!! The fit was position just right for me to service myself 💕

Excellent quality folding mirror. Easily hangs from my linen closet door in the bathroom. Now I can trim the back of my hair making it easy to maintain a bob. The mirror folds up to make storing easy, it’s about the size of a book.

So far have used this once to cut my own hair. Definitely can see all areas much better than before, and it leaves my hands free to work. On the plus side: reasonably sturdy for the price. Telescoping hangers work well. Since a number of people said the LED lights failed, I got one that doesn't have lights. Seems fine. I put rubber bands vertically around each of the mirrors since some people had said the center mirror had fallen out. On the minus side: just a little too narrow horizontally - it's hard to keep the mirrors at an angle where you can see everything and not have trouble fitting the clippers in to cut your hair. If it were even an each or two wider it would help.

As someone who has been braiding their hair since my fingers could reach the back of my head, I have no clue how I managed to do so well without this trifold mirror for so long. The mirrors are actually good quality. It’s very sturdy and the reflection is pristine. I didn’t get the one with the lights, but I still love the one that I got it fits almost anywhere. I’m debating on taking it with me on a trip as it is extremely functional. 10 out of 10.

It does take a little time to get used to using all three panels — I found myself doing a few circles at first just trying to line up the right angles. But once you get the hang of it, it’s so worth it. With this I shouldn’t need to go to the salon at all.
