is it animal tested product?

Not sure about animal testing; however, I just learned that it is made in China, and I am concerned about the quality control of the ingredients. Some bottles say it comes from Canada; however, upon just checking, mine say made in China. I will throw it out and look for a reliable product. Sorry I couldn't address your original question.

I personally love this conditioner for myself and my two daughters. It’s great for my curly hair and is a great de tangling conditioner for my kiddos hair. I have it set up on subscribe & save to come monthly. FYI- I typically only use salon/professional hair products and I prefer this over the higher dollar conditioners. Hope this helps!

Can't say if it's natural or not, but there is no listing of "fragrance," as such, in the ingredients list on the bottle. Having said that, I find the aroma to be very, very pleasant indeed--as does my wife (who is generally put off by artificial scents).
