2nd EDIT: Seller has now offered three times to pay me to remove this review. No thanks. And didn't even list the correct product in their email.Bought 2 of these for a long flight for my wife and myself. They were awful. They seem to be made of a very hard foam, almost like a super stiff memory foam. Because of the stiffness we were much more comfortable not using it. We ended up not using them at all after the first 30 minutes of our flight. On top of that the first time I tried to snap one of them the stitches came undone and the tab tore right off. If you like a lot of hard support you might enjoy these but they were literally a pain to use for us

First one zipper broke but seller sent new one, holding up so far. Been 90 days using fairly regular. Might be a tad too soft actually especially if you have a big noggin. My neck med size and it's snuggle. Will not work with big necks. Purchased a larger one for big neck. Person.Also it works very well as a bowl cozie(don't ever put in microwave). Happen to need something hold a hot bowl and viola it worked.That and if used on bed it holds snack bowl or plate so doesn't spill onto bed.
