Creamy not pastey!
We discovered Uncle Toby’s While traveling in New Zealand. Several of the smaller hotels we stayed in served it for breakfast (and we thought they were making it from scratch!). Its texture is unlike any instant oatmeal we’ve had in the US. The best way to describe it is not gummy or pastey like many supermarket brands (eg - Quaker Instant).
