Dog Car Seat Cover- 13280261 Bucket Lrg (34"H) Slate

This is my second purchase of this product.The first one i used on my previous car worked long long years over 5 yrs at least. Although in that case, we can't deny degradation of material itself. Started having crack in the back of the material (it'd not on Thr front, so it still looks ok). Otherwise, it never ripped.Reason why I put this 4 star is because I want this product's color black! I bought Dickie's black cover but unfortunately, my dog nails ripped the seam section that I have to get new one. Hoped black but this product still carry only gray.Otherwise, I do recommend this product if youre looking for great quality. Not having any seam on the surface definitely helps that I learned from another car seat cover that has seam won't work well with dog nails when it stretched.I do hope this product make black color. So I can match all car seat color *0*

Does the job for a reasonable price. Easy to install and remove. I just wanted to be able to protect the seat for the few times each week when I have a dog in the car. The only minor problem for me is that the elastic strap to secure the seatback portion is sewn on both sides. I can't use the strap due to the seatbelt design of my car but the cover stays in place anyhow. If the strap had a buckle it would be no issue and I suspect that it wouldn't be a problem for most other vehicles.

This is made of a "hard" fabric which, I believe, will be good for preventing mud, water, etc... from getting through to the seat.However, because the fabric has a hard surface, shed hair does not stay in place and spreads to the interior of the vehicle.So, if your dog doesn't shed, this will do the trick. Otherwise...Almost forgot - the fabric is not "grippy" so it can be a bit slippery for your dog. Mine got used to it.

OMG! (I truly and deeply apologize for that outburst). I have tried a variety of seat covers and they can be pretty expensive. To the point where I start wondering if I can go without and get ones from junkyards of replace them over time. Obviously that is not real practical. Also regular cars seats are always trying to be form fitting like they want people not to know there is a seat cover. This makes them fall off easy and tear easy and let stains through and are not easy to clean. It took us forever to find these and it is exactly what we want (just realized I went plural its the married royal we). These are easy to flip back on if they slip off which they rarely do, they are easy to take off and clean, plus they actually protect your seat. So if you want pretty look elsewhere but if you want functional then woo baby you found your car seat cover. Oh works fine but does cover our armrests which is pretty much what we wanted. Not sure if it was made to do that but since the design is not form fitting the armrest to not present a problem.

I'm happy to finally have found a dog car seat cover large enough to fit the front seats on my GMC Suburban! They also fit the back bucket seats on my Ford Flex wagon, but wont fit the front seats due to the tall headrest on that car. Nice stretchable elastic around the edges makes it easy to put on, but tight enough to keeps it in place when our big dogs are jumping in & out of the car. The elastic strap around the back helps keep the seat fold part down, but is a pretty tight fit. One of them broke while putting it on, but the cover still stays on without it. I would preferred the tan color to match my car interior, but that color is sold out everywhere online. I would recommend this product to anyone with a large SUV.

The product is junky. The instructions do not match the product. The stap for teh back is about 4X too large. I had to put it over the seat protector that I've had on my car for 17 years, which has finally worn out, because I am not sure that this one will last even a year. If I didn't need it today, I would return it and shop for a good one elsewhere.

This product is a godsend for someone like me who is terrified of their dog messing up their car. It is durable enough that my 65 lbs dog can't claw through it and the hair just kind of sticks to it when they shed. My only caution is that if you have unusually tall bucket seats (like in my Porsche Cayman S) it tends to not stay hooked around the top. For me this is fine, because it still stays up higher than the head of my dog while he is sitting in the chair. I recommend also buying one of those vests that attaches your dog to the seat belt as I did. Not only is it better for safety reasons, but it will keep your little friend from jumping around the car.

So, my dog sheds. Go figure. He's a short haired breed (Beagle & English Bulldog)so his hair gets in the tiniest places and works it's way into the fabric of my seats where it is a colossal pain to get out. When I bought a new truck, it was time for a new seat cover. I went looking for something that I didn't need 20 minutes and a pair of pliers to get off. This is the one I chose. I chose well. It's pretty heavy duty and I can slide it on and off in 10 seconds. Literally. It's secure on the seat, looks good, and does a great job keeping the seat clean even when he's wet or has muddy paws. When it gets too crummy looking or stanky I throw it in the washer and it looks brand new. Great product.
