What a great step-by-step guide to basic nutrition and goal setting to help me feel healthier and happier! The content is rooted in research, and evidence-based material that really helped to explain the underlying factors contributing to many of the mistakes people so often make in their nutrition. Great emphasis on the hormonal aspects of fat loss, and how we can target this through the food we eat. I can't recommend this resource enough, great insight for beginners in an easy to follow manner.

Finally a book that simplifies what eating healthy actually looks like. I have tried many different diets over the years and have struggled to stick with them because I am either cutting too much of one thing out of my diet or not eating enough calories and my workouts suffer. I am looking forward to what the next few months will bring. I definitely recommend this book.

Whats not to like about this book? It teaches you a new way to consciously look food and how it affects your body. This book is great because it takes a very simple and methodical approach to show you how you can change your eating lifestyle and sustain it. I believe knowledge is power and Mr. Kwan delivers!

This detailed book about nutrition explains how the body works and how nutrients, portion sizes and food choices will effect an outcome. I enjoyed how easy the book was to read and to follow. The chapter on mindset was a huge eye opener and has helped me eliminate some bad habits and to stay consistent. This is not a fad diet but a lifestyle that will get you great results. My husband and I have been following Kevin Kwan's nutritional advice and have seen incredible results. My husbands inflammation has disappeared, his mobility has improved significantly and we both lost body fat quickly. Great book!
