New to electric toothbrush
I never used to like electric toothbrushes. Always found them too aggressive, would make my eyes vibrate, the bristles would hurt my gums and any other complaint you've probably hurd from someone. But this one i was pleasantly surprised. The vibration is limited to the head of the brush so your hand isn't vibrating like crazy try to keep your grip. You can change the level of intensity too. The bristles on the brush are so so soft but still manage an amazing clean! My teeth have never felt so clean and yet with such gentle cleaning! I just been for my check up at the dentist and they have said all of my teeth and gums are perfect scores and I have this toothbrush to thank! It's pricey but the best investment ever!

Amazing product
Before this, Iāve never really used an electric toothbrush before. And now, I canāt even imagine going back to standard toothbrushes! Itās really easy to ease, the quality is amazing, and it does a really good cleaning job. The battery could be a bit better and it would be nice to have like an indication that the battery is running low before it powers off. It does however still work a tiny bit after it switches off which is fine. Good value for money!

Great toothbrush
Had this model of toothbrush for over 5 years and only recently failed. Replaced with the same model (but in dark blue) recently and performance is as good. Expensive if you don't get on a 'good deal' on Amazon but well worth it - teeth always clean and white.....

The worst Sonicare electric toothbrush ever
I have been using Sonicare electric toothbrushes for over 15 years. All were purchased from Costco (in California, US) and from my dentist's office in the U.S. This is the first Sonicare toothbrush I purchased from Amazon, UK and it started having issues after only one month of use.First, the toothbrush head icon started flashing in Orange and beebing which to my understanding these indicated that it was time to change to a new toothbrush head but this happened only after one month of use and I can tell that the brush was still in good condition. Then, not long after the battery icon started flashing in Orange a few days after it was fully charged. I thought it might be a one-time issue but unfortunately, it was not. The both issues have persisted until now.I decided to claim a replacement from Philips as it is still under warranty. The process is quite frustrating. First, Philips website kept rejecting a copy of proof of purchase I tried to upload online. I had to chat with Customer Care for a while to get this resolved. The worst part is Philips restrictions/conditions on the replacement. They need to receive the fault toothbrush first before they can send me a replacement. The Customer Care said this is due to the restrictions on the high-value items. So, what do they expect customers to do??? Purchasing another toothbrush to use while waiting for the replacement!

Certainly the best toothrbrush, if it works properly.
First handle that arrived was awful. The pressure sensor didn't work at all and it's operation was very loud to the point it was basically unusable. I put a different head on it, and this helped initially - but the second you pressed against your teeth to brush at all it was incredibly noisy again. Like a rattly vibration inside the handle.I ordered a new one and returned the broken one, and the new one is working 95% perfectly. There's still a loud vibration sound but only when i apply pressure a certain way (although still not going beyond it's 'recommended pressure') but it's forgivable.I expected a little better quality from these to be honest, considering the RRP of the item. However - I will say that coming from a different Oral-b electric brush to this one its certainly much better. More so than I expected. And at a steep discount it's fairly worth it.The app works great, but it's not something I plan on using much going forward - I just tested it out. Battery life is great so far.Would be 5-stars if the consistency and very likely the longevity of these handles & brush heads wasn't seemingly as bad. I fully expect based on my initial experience and other customer reviews here and elsewhere on the web that I'll have to get this handle replaced/fixed atleast once within the warranty period but only time will tell.

My teeth are WHITER after using this! š
Well I wish Iād bought this years ago! After a trip to the dentist a few months ago, she recommended this toothbrush. Pricey but SO SO worth it! I didnāt realise just how much more effective it would be cleaning my teeth compared to my non electric brush! Not only are my teeth whiter now, they also feel so much cleaner!I like how easy this brush is to use & how it has 3 power options. Itās easy to charge & keep clean and I could never go back to a standard toothbrush now! This was worth every penny ~ itās an investment that really makes a difference to the health & appearance of my teeth & gums šāŗļø highly recommended!

Best toothbrush ever
Love this toothbrush. My teeth have never felt so clean. Almost as good as a clean at the dentist.

Occasionally flawed, but the best brushes by far!
The power and feel of the sonicare brushes are second to none. Iāve tried others but they donāt get anywhere near the squeaky clean feeling these brushes provide me with. I drink a lot of tea and Iām sure my teeth would be orange if it wasnāt for these being as good as they are! They have a pretty much 2 week battery life, several different settings to personalise your brushing and a nice premium feel to the handle and brush. This has a new style charger (a puck type, so a flat bottom body/handle, if you hope to use an old charger or case). Some come with connected apps and brush head change reminders but thatās not something Iāve ever used. Yes they have reliability issues, which infuriates me because Iāve had sonicare brushes for about 10 years and they still have the same problems with internal components breaking. But I have never once had the slightest problem with getting it repaired or replaced under warranty, so I keep coming back. If a Ā£1000 phone canāt last much more than 2-3 years, should I really expect my Ā£120 toothbrush to do betterā¦?
