Love it! I have a borosil product. Since I lost the cap cup, I purchased this.. Since-- borosil's service wasn't up to my liking.. I am saying this cause if I offer to purchase just the cup I should atleast have the option! 💭This product made me so happy cause it's affordable and works like a charm.. Water bottle is good but we opened parcel late because of busy schedules and later we realised that there is a leakage problem in bottle but we can't return also by thathh

Product seems good as water remains cold for more than 24 hours, but the main problem is sipper is not opening most of the time like out of 10 only 3-4 times opening well. And it is hurting finger while opening if it is jam. And now it is not working(not opening)
