The best-tasting powdered milk product I have tried. It is best if you wait a couple of minutes after the powder has completely dissolved. The product needs to "set" in the cold water for the best results.

I like that this is a whole milk dry powder in contrast to so many nonfat options. I may use half of each for better nutrition while still maintaining a richer quality. I made a cardamom-rosewater-chocolate and-cocoa powder hot chocolate. Using dry powder lets me heat the water in the microwave without concern about scalding the milk. It's fast and delicious. The powder stirs in quickly and well-- no lumps, none unincorporated. I'm sure I'll find many other uses for this great product. It is pricey, but as mentioned can be combined with cheaper nonfat milk to extend its use.

This product is great for backpacking. It makes great hot coco and oatmeal with no added water weight. The taste is beyond words yummy. It takes my back to my time in Europe where all food just seems better quality and tasting. It is pricey, but I do not like what the USA is doing to cows and milk making it very watery and chalked full of chemicals I would rather avoid. So for what little milk I use here this is a GodSend.
