Great too for a great price

I just moved into my home and it had a Ring door bell. In order to get it activated I needed the serial number. This special screwy driver was needed. It worked perfectly! Was exactly what was needed to remove the cover for the serial#.

The device illustrated does not fit the torx screw that secures the cover to the doorbell mounted adjacent to the door. There is also included an "L" shaped (like and Allen Wrench) device that has two additional torx sizes, one of which did fit. This is not what was anticipated when ordered and is not as convenient and easy to use as the one shown which has a plastic handle that enables easy rotation while keeping the device connected to the torx screw. Very disappointing

We needed to reset our Wifi network when our router changed. We didn’t save the box/tool when we bought it. It was installed but ADT and I guess we didn’t realize you had to uninstall it from the wall to reset it. This tool worked perfectly to remove the tiny screws to enable us to detach it from the door.

Received product immediately. Was exactly what it looked like. Unfortunately it did not fit in the Ring that I have. I guess there are different size screws ? Had to order another tool from another vendor.

We recently moved and the Ring Doorbell was already installed, but we needed to remove plate in order to activate it and use it with our Wi-fi. This tool is the only one that worked, and it was simple to use. Well worth the money.
