This feels amazing, I haven’t tried the red one yet but I just ordered it so I’ll compare when I get it but it has a strong cooling effect especially when used after a shower. Relaxes and helps me sleep better. Mild scent of flowers though slightly medicinal. Buy it I think you’ll really like it! No mineral oil or anything nasty either. Just raw herbs and almond oil. **update** I bought the red one and it smells AWFUL, the gold one has the same cooling power but without the nasty smell. Buy this one!
