This product is very useful and easy to use. Portability is also easy. Recommended

The item was defective, when I switched it on the water was leaking and overheating to the point it was making a sound, the steam produced too hot that you will end burn burning your skin the parts were defective and hence assembly is not possible this product and Amazon policy pathetic and it should be avoided, I have just wasted my money here

Worst product. Don't purchase. Within 7 days after purchase stand and wheel screw broke and within 10 days stop working completely. It's a waste of money product.

Nice product Worth for money Easy to use

This is is my 3rd steamer. The first steamer I had was (at the time) more expensive than this version. I opted for this version because the heating element is outside of the unit so I felt it would be easier to "see" what's going on the with it. The one with the heating element inside would accumulate calcium and there was not way to remove it. Adding distilled vinegar to the water didn't seam to help much.

I loved it from start but noticed takes numerous times after water is at the mark, as heats up UT literally shuts off. As frustrating yes but still it works so I'm good with this for now. Unsure defect bc I take excellent care all processes but when i get working weekly hair treatment it dies amazing steam, sturdy & results are so salon. I wanted to give 5 star but truthfully can't bc reset restart but didn't return bc I just decided I work with it bc after 4x it does steam but again stops to where numerous times I have unplug reset even when all water is at appropriate level. Ladies awesome when works but it's pro vs con & trust me there are worse out there who take advantage defects, shipping costs etc. Choice yours.
