Conair Foam Rollers, Satin, Assortment, 42 Count

I love the story of the authors capture of a little boys dream to help others! The pictures were beautiful and I plan to give this book as a gift to my nieces little son.

I like the size assortment of this set. It has all the sizes I need for different curl looks. However, the satin bunches and rolls up. It is also a rough, low quality satin. I feel like the satin lining causes more frizz that it prevents.

I have course hair (Idk, maybe 1C or 2B? I never can tell...) Traditional foam rollers are a problem because my wiry hair will go into the foam and get stuck, leading to breakage and frizz. The satin lining on these rollers get rid of that problem! My hair comes out of each roller without getting tangled, and I can finally do roller sets with great results! I get good volume, well defined curls (if I do a damp set, it overrides my natural curl pattern).If you want to sleep on them, make sure to wear a sleep cap to keep them in place. This will keep the rolles from pulling your hair as you sleep, and if your hair is on the finer side, it will keep it from slipping out.

I like the rollers because the satin rapping around the sponge protects the hair and well as provide a firm curl. The set comes in three sizes.Sleeping is comfortable and the rollers are firm when you remove so the quality will be long lasting unlike regular sponge rollers.

Once I removed the sleeve material from each roller, the curlers were easier for me to roll. I have thick, coarse, straight hair and maybe that had something to do with why my hair kept sliding off the sleeve that was on each roller. Although the plastic ends have not broken, they could be a little more flexible. The rollers do work now.

These rollers are a game changer! I can comfortably sleep in these and because of the satin, they don't pull my hair. My stylist recommended these and now I see why!

More curlers than in previous orders and work very well

I have medium length hair and the largest curlers are roo small. They are a sponge roller with material on them. I would just buy plain old sponge rollers because the material the around the roller is pointless.
