This seat cushion is relatively thin, so it doesn't make my head bump the car’s headliner, but with its high quality gel, it has made driving my car a much more pleasant experience - no more sciatic nerve pain after a three hour drive! I had previously purchased one for my wife and she loves it so much that we decided to buy a second one for me. Money well spent.

This car cushion/seat hasn’t enough wedge in it. Also I don’t like the fabric. Can’t turn on fabric seat / vinyl if leather desired. I only used one of the two ordered once for one hour. Will reorder a vinyl one.

Great seat cushion a little pricey but worth it. I bought this cushion 4 years ago and I still use it today held up perfectly. Just bought a new one for my wife’s car seat and she loves it.

The 18" and 20" both fit our 2017 Pacifica very well. The 18" works well, but doesn't cover the whole seat. The 20" does cover the whole seat. Very comfortable. Does not slide around or "bunch" up. A three hour drive in our 2017 Pacifica with the manufacturer's seats was tough, but this cushion makes it enjoyable again.

This thing saved my car from the crusher. Brand new accord and the seat comfort is like sitting on a steel sculpture at the park. Dug into my leg bone. Have been using this pad for two months now with no more pain or tingling toes. One issue is that my head is now pressed into the headliner and need to lean way back like I'm cruisin. Another issue is that the pad retains temperature like a microwave hotpack. Like sitting on a heating pad in the summer. Oh well. Will give this car to my daughter soon, pad and all.

I have now had this cushion for about 2 years. It has held up fine. I like the large size. The thickness is a little too much for my car. One major issue is that in a months use I need to take the cushion out and work the gel and foam pad due to it bunching on the sides or back of the cushion. I have to work it a few minutes to get the foam/gel material to flatten out similar to when bought new.

This item was purchased for me by my wife. I am an over the road truck driver, and ever over 6 moths I've been experiencing cramping in my hamstrings. Chiropractic adjustments and stretching have helped some, but I'm still bothered by the cramps. I had previously used a gel seat cushion, but it was rectangular and didn't cover the full seat pan in my truck. It was also over 2" high, and thus limited the travel of the air ride on the seat. This cushion is large enough to cover the seating area, completely supporting the back of my thighs. It also is thinner, allowing the air ride to absorb the majority of road bumps as designed. I would recommend this over any cheap truckstop cushion, and it's much thinner than any of the purple or as seen on TV cushions out there.
