My daughter's are GF and this is the waffle mix they prefer. It's got a distinct vanilla taste to it, and while I think it is on the bland side my girls love it. You need to have some egg replacement for it (I use Bob's Red Mill), but it mixes up quick and you can have waffles ready to serve in 15 minutes.The waffles are bit softer than if you used eggs, butter and milk but that's the price we pay for being GF. Good stuff if you're celiac or gluten intolerant.

This makes excellent pancakes and thick fluffy waffles. They are not good the second day, and they are also not good frozen. They get a very tough texture. Fresh, though, they are perfect!
