I didn’t use it but for the price it looks pretty good.
For this price compared to local store, it was a great deal even though I haven’t used it, but I have kept it for my future project needs. Thank you.

Not terrible. Also not great.
Could be worse. I guess. Pros: The handle is solid, it’s fairly well constructed, and it does scoop drywall mud out of a bucket and into whatever you need it in. Sort of. Cons: It’s supposedly for 5-gallon buckets; It’s too big. The curve doesn’t match the curve of the inside of a 5-gallon bucket whatsoever, it’s too wide. Which makes it hard to get the mud off the sides. As it’s a bit too big, it doesn’t fit well inside the bucket in general, and makes actually getting the joint compound onto this thing a little tricky after a point. The edges are also sharp! I keep finding little, blue plastic shavings from the blue bucket in my mud while skim-coating. It’s annoying. I have to stop to pick out the plastic before I can move on. Some of the shavings have been over 2” long. And yes, I’ve been careful! I also tried sanding down the edges but it hasn’t been super effective. I even tried taking my palm sander to it too, but because it’s so big, clumsy, and doesn’t fit very well into the size bucket it’s supposed to be meant for, I haven’t invested any more effort into that. Frankly, I’ve resorted to using a regular taping knife and a rubber scraper from my kitchen.

Good
Not exact to the contour of the bucket but a major improvement over using a flat blade, well done. Recommended

This is a really well made and super useful tool!! I can’t believe I never knew about this tool until I saw it mentioned in a youtube home renovation video!!! I already used it for a variety of things like opening packages, scraping off glued items from wood/walls in conjunction with a heat gun blowing hot air on the blade of this too etc I think this is now my favourite goto handy tool😀😀

Was a little dubious of this because cheap tools from mass produced non tool companies are usually old tat. This however is definitely NOT tat. It's excellent. My last one was also excellent but is now old and past it's best but it was 3 times the price and not much better. This is sharp, sturdy and the metal is thick and strong. If you need a painter's friend, this is great and just as good as the expensive ones.
