Great product and great customer service
Great product that combines a charger and an external battery. I use mine all of the time. Also great customer service. I purchased one for my daughter and one of the power pins snapped off within about a month. I sent an email to the company, not expecting much, and got a response with an hour with instructions to send in for replacement. Within a few days the new one was on its way!

This has much less power back up than other good brands lick Jackery, and is quite pricey. It also loses power much quicker when not constantly recharged
