Looks brand new and never used. Excellent refurbished condition with plastic protective stickers still on. Phone works as expected. I "upgraded" from a Note 9 and should've done a bit more research on the features. The photo and video quality and really the only upgrades from my old phone. But that's my fault not doing my research beforehand. Otherwise, it's a good deal. Recognized my SIM immediately. I have a Verizon plan, so there were no issues with this phone still being branded with Verizon bloatware. Hopefully, this phone will last me a long time.

I needed a phone at a reasonable price and couldn't really afford the latest model, so this works fine. The phone doesn't really overheat; then again, I seldom play mobile games on it or do anything particularly intensive, but it does hold up to some of the more recent mobile games I do bother to play for half an hour or so in comparison to earlier models. I haven't managed to scratch it despite constant use and dropping the thing twice, so I'd say it holds up to scratches well; the charge lasts most of the day, and a decent wireless phone charger can charge this thing from 16% to full in an hour and a half. The sound quality is okay; it does what it needs to.

This is a great price for a device of this quality. The phone works good. The battery life is a litte questionable at times but other than that. Im happy with my purchase.

Great deal for the cost phone is still plenty fast for its age and phone looked brand new couldn't find a scratch on it.

literally 90% of the time Im pulling it out of my pocket upside down, but thats more of a reflection on the UAG case than the device. The fingerprint scanner is a complete nightmare to deal with, the battery drains much faster than any battery has any business draining in a phone so young and the camera seems to need a psychologist because it keeps changing lenses without using the zoom (which should be a theoretical impossibility). And of course, no 3.5mm.. which sucks, because dongle DACs are trash. The camera bump looks like a point of ingress for water and dust as well though that might have been due to a poorly-renewed device. The size is good, the back feels slick with the word Samsung feeling very tacky by comparison. I purchased this as an easier 1 handed device however it really isn't, while it is smaller in the hand (heighth wise) its pretty much just as wide as my old device, ergo I need to bring the left hand into play when I want something in the top left quarter of the screen. overall 6.2/10. (-1.3 points due to lack of 3.5mm)

Works and looks fine. So far I am really liking it.

Soweit alles gut. Einzig, der Akku hat nur 95% Leistung. Hätte unter Generalüberholt und wie neu auch eine 99%ifer Akkulaufzeit erwartet.

Estoy muy contenta, está en perfectas condiciones tanto de batería, como de pantalla, como de cámara, también me vino sin ningún rasguño. Tenía miedo de comprar un reacondicionado, pero estaba a muy buen precio para el tipo de gama que es, decidí arriesgarme y no me arrepiento, gracias por todo, lo recomiendo.

Rispetta le aspettative

Refurbished phone is in excellent condition. Everything works as it should; phone was unlocked; phone readily worked with my Koodo SIM card. Some minor blemishes at the top right corner of the side of the phone are the only hint that this is a refurbished phone; I'm not at all concerned about these marks as the phone is going into a case. Screen and audio are perfect; wireless charging works; USB charging works. The S22 gets a bad rap for battery life but my battery has been just fine. Now, I don't take selfies every few minutes; I don't photograph every meal; I don't tweet or post or stream while walking or driving -- so maybe my use is a little lightweight compared to what the skibidi rizzler kids are doing these days (yo). Battery typically handles two days of of normal use. When I transferred data from my old phone, the S22 did get warm and you could actually watch the battery percentage tick down as the phones ultrasonically spoke with one another. Several Android updates installed themselves during initial setup, and again the phone got warm and used a lot of battery. I am guessing that was some pretty intense activity, as after that the phone has not gotten warm during anything I've been doing and battery life has been excellent. Am only disappointed with one thing: Samsung fakes moon photos. I tried taking photos of a recent full moon without a tripod. Holding the phone by hand, I zoomed in on the moon. The moon was an unfocused blur for most of the photos. But then, once after zooming, the moon suddenly snapped from an unfocused blob into a sharp image. The change on the screen was surprising -- it was very sudden, very unlike the slow sharpening of an image coming into focus: one moment the moon was a blob, then *SNAP!* it was a clear image. Totes fake and Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for pulling this sort of nonsense. If I find out that my photos of the northern lights are fake, I'm going to be really cheesed off. That's my only disappointment with the phone -- lunar photo fakery. Shame, Samsung, shame. Other than that, am very pleased with the phone and the seller -- highly recommended.
