I haven’t been sick since I started taking it last year. Some people take it daily. I do not. I wait until I feel something in my throat then I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. Within 1-2 days, I’m great again. Next time it’s in sale, I’m buying 2-3 bottles!

I take one every day and more during cold and flu season and NEVER get sick. My husband, not so much... Because of the antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties of monolaurin, I believe that this product is helping my immune system stay cleaner and stronger.
