The Subtle Body Coloring Book: Learn Energetic Anatomy--from the Chakras to the Meridians and More

Like Kelly Solloway's Yoga Anatomy Coloring Book, I think this subtle body book is great and really helpful. I've been teaching yoga and been interested in the energetic body for a long time - this coloring book brings it to life in a way that's clarifying, informative and fun. Since using it, I feel more secure in my knowledge of the components & systems of the subtle body, in both general and specific ways. I recommend it for anyone who's fascinated in or is required to learn the body's energetic structures and systems.

The illustrations are fantastic. I have learned so much about the meridians and auras just by coloring. There is a plethora of information given by the author. It was recommended to me by one teacher and I shared it with another class and that teacher immediately ordered a copy for himself. I would recommend this coloring book to any one interested in learning about the meridians and reflexology.

I love that I can learn as I color...and on one of my favorite subjects.Customer service is great...the deliver was prompt and the product was well packaged...I am excited to begin learning and coloring in this book...the quality of this book is amazing as are the pages, details and information. I will venture to a few of their other books in time. I highly recommend this coloring book...It's better than a science class for me.

I was skeptical about some of the reviews. DO NOT buy this if you are just into the recent coloring fad. This is a teaching tool, an amazing workbook. a valuable reference for all healers. I will be showing this to every doctor, chiropractor, reflexologist, massage therapist, and energy worker that I know. For my personal use, I will be copying the images onto card stock to color (a tip from the new wave of colorists)

I know this comment will not reach the author and illustrator, but sharing here anyways. While a highly intriguing method of engaging directly and deeply in visual learning of subtle energy systems, it is unequal in representation of women, which is extremely disappointing in a work like this.All images of males feature their genitals, while not a single image of females feature the vulva.The reason this is so very disappointing is the patriarchal history of suppressing and covering female expression and sexuality, because of male dominance and their own fear of controlling themselves. And more than anything, the reinforcement of shame that women feel of their own genitals. And the lack of education of female genital anatomy, arousal, orgasm, and sexuality, in favor instead of male arousal, orgasm, and sexuality. Which are all profound expressions of subtle energy. On this point I would give it 1 star, but I'm giving it 3 overall as it's still an intriguing tool. But very disappointed in the author and illustrator, who I had held in higher regard.

Gorgeous high quality paper and details! Absolutely beautiful and brilliant!

So far I really like what I see..there was a review that someone posted as a 1star review..I alway looks at that because I want to see the bad as well..but someone posted that when they opened up the book that they could only see a male anus...they couldn’t believe it and posted their discovery as if this had ruined their whole day. OMG woman, are you kidding me? Get your mind set balance and see the whole person. I will post another review as I see it when I dwell more into this fascinating subject, but I just had to st it straight as I could see for myself that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the pictures in this book.

I had a hard time deciding on what chakra book to get. This was perfect. Don’t listen to the bad reviews the only bad thing about it is the words to color in are very small and I have a terrible tremor so it was hard staying in the lines. But I would recommend this to anyone!!

Me sorprendió lo completo que es este libro gráfico. Además de que el solo hecho de iluminar permite tanto relajar la mente como aprender mejor, como libro de consulta es excelente. Sirve para todos, no sólo para los interesados en la medicina holística o energética.
