Parts not matching professional installation. Cheap
Herrible. Not good to install. Color totally off and cheap material. Instructions not matching the faucet. I want my money back. Hose too short in order to install professionally. Not gonna work

Leaky faucet
Update: Manufacturer reached out to us and got us a replacement valve very quickly to resolve our leak problem. We haven't had any issues since. They were very responseful and helpful!Purchased bathtub faucet, need product support regarding a leak but cannot find any contact information. Would greatly appreciate and edit comment if support is available.

Edit. The seller reached out and made this right on their own which was awesome. I didn’t have to contact them or struggle.The price was great. We opened the package and found scratched off finish and a scratched item. When we turned the piece water came out, idk if that means it was used or tested- in order to return this item we have to drive an hour away one way because it’s a huge box so it’s not going to be worth it to return.We haven’t installed yet. I can update when we do.
