Engine looks ok. I never ran it because I ordered wrong engine. But I can't return it and was unable to get a refund. I rebuilt original engine

Create replacement order for the price
Switch from a GX 50 to this 35 motor. Much better pull cord has a longer pull cord so you don’t rip it out of the recoil housing like the Honda go 50 i’ve been running this motor for month and a half straight with no issues I would never buy a Honda GX 50 again after having months and months of issues comparable power to the Honda GX 50 which gave me nothing but problems with fuel filters, pull cords, breaking and carburetor issues.

Not a real Honda
After a bit of tinkering, I got the engine to run. I needed to change the spark plug, adjust the idle and pull the chord roughly 50 times to get it to fire.I’ve run it about an hour and seems to perform fine. It runs a little rougher than the oem motor. All the plastic pieces are much cheaper than the original Honda motor. They’re lighter and softer.All that being said, it performs well enough and similar enough to a Honda that I’m not sure it makes a difference.
